Cancellation/Reservation  Policy

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MUST CANCEL 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-BOOK DURING THE SAME CALENDAR YEAR, YOU CANNOT USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THE FOLLOWING CALENDAR YEAR. 100% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR STAY WHEN YOU RE-BOOK. IF YOU CANCEL COMPLETELY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL (EVEN IF THE RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL) WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED FOR YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.

All prices are subject to change without notice. There is a 6% hotel tax on all reservations.

Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require the payment in full and is non-refundable

The final balance of all cabins due on the day of arrival will be charged the morning of arrival to the credit card on file.

All reservations made prior to 60 days of arrival require the following deposit:

5 days or more require two nights deposit

4 days or less require one night deposit

All major holidays and summer reservations require 3 nights minimum reservation.

There is a 2 night minimum reservation required for all reservations year round.

Guest must be over 25 to make a reservation and check in the cabin.

We do not allow partial cancellations. Meaning once you book your days you cannot shorten your stay. No refund for leaving earlier than your check out date, this includes your guest fee.

All reservations that are considered a rollover reservation or reservations held upon check-out for the following year- Deposit are due October 1 of each year. All reservations not confirmed by Oct. 15 of each year will be canceled. — Reservations will be open Monday — Friday during normal business hours.

We do not allow pets.

Occupancy Policy

All cabins have a maximum occupancy as follow:

Small 1/1 – 2 people only

Large 1/1- rate is based off of 2 people / max 4 people

2 beds / 1 bath- Rate is based off of 4 people/ max 6 people

2bed / 2 baths – Rate is based off of 4 people/ max 6 people

4bed/4 bath – rate is based off of 8 people /max 12 people

Extra people rate is $10.00 per night for the extra people

All cabin found over occupancy will be charged double the daily Rate.

River Haven Cabins Camp Rules

Check in time is 3 pm — check out is 11 am

The Wi-Fi and direct TV signal are not a guarantee service signal during your stay. There will be no refunds due to TV or WI-FI failed signal due to service area.

AT&T cell phone service is the only cell phone that works in our area, Please plan accordingly.

We do not allow pets- you will be asked to leave without a refund.

There is quiet time from 10 pm – 10 am

There is no music allowed at the river. You can play music quietly at your cabin. No loud bass

We are not responsible for accidents- Swim and play at your own risk.

There is no smoking in the cabins – there is a fee of $200.00 for smoking in the cabin.

No Fireworks, Confetti Eggs, water balloons or chalk is allowed .charges for cleanup will start at $150.00 to the credit card on file

No tents are allowed at our facility for any reason

No glass containers in or around the river.

 All trash must be bagged we pick up only household trash

 Please pick up after yourself. - chairs, coolers, cookers, cigarette butts etc. Fine will start at $25.- There are dumpsters located at the front of the property.

Cabin Details

All cabins have a full size Kitchen with dishes and cookware

We provide all linens and towels. We do not do a towel exchange. Please pack extra towels. If you chose to exchange your towels- there is a fee of $15.00 for towel or sheet exchange

All cabins have a sofa sleeper – we provide sheets /blanket

There is start up dish soap, trash bags and toilet paper. We only provide extra toilet paper during your stay- please use our septic safe toilet paper to avoid issues with the septic.

All cabins have a charcoal BBQ pit and fireplace. – We do not have firewood on property. There are no ground fires allowed anywhere on the property.

Upon check out all cabins must be left like you found it – All dishes washed and put away trash outside for pick up to avoid extra charges – charges start at $50.00

We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our camp to anyone and the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and or safety. If you are asked to leave there is no refund.
